By downloading, installing, or using the Noera application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Noera is a mindfulness application that delivers one motivational message per day. The App is designed to support personal reflection and awareness, not to provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
4. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, messages, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Coderel Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The messages provided through the App are for general motivational and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Coderel Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.
7. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the App may require a subscription. All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's store settings.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
